Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences
 

The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences is a non-profit educational project initiated by professors from leading Russian universities who are no longer able to continue their academic work in Russia.

 

The FLAS team offers the only undergraduate education program in the Balkans based on the Liberal Arts and Sciences model. Students can receive a liberal education free from censorship, restricted topics, or ideological pressure. As of September 2023, one group of our students has already commenced classes at the private university, UDG.

 

FLAS is currently in the process of seeking accreditation as an independent university in Montenegro. To support this accreditation process and continue providing quality education to our students in our own classrooms, we need to secure rental space.
